Go paperless with FR Forms: Expenses

No more excuses for forgetting your expenses!

If you, like me, forget to put your expenses in for a few weeks and dread having to sit down and remember it all, then start hunting for the receipts. I used to get into awful trouble with our Accountant when I submitted expenses claims for 3 months or more; particularly when they went over the year end. Well, some good news.

It’s on my phone, it’s on my tablet. Each expense, journey, entertainment, I enter into the form which has the same fields as the columns on our company expenses claim. I take a quick photo of the receipt, where it applies, and attach it to the form and SEND!
At the end of the month I download the list of entries and open it in Excel. The images are in an attachments file so that I can either print them out, or – looking to the future when our Accountant is a bit more tech savvy – email them with the expenses claim.

I have asked the FR Forms development team if they can geo-position each entry. That way I can complete the form on each leg of the journey and I have more data to assess how well I am organising my car journeys – but that is probably just my OCD talking!
